SOLUTIONS PROVIDED FOR AFRICA

SUDAN

Sugar cane boiler control system, and commissioning,  using a Honeywell PLC system and Intouch SCADA monitoring and control with a second view node.

UGANDA

Siemens PCS 7 distributed control system for the control of a sugar cane boiler system including dual services and multiple workstations. The control included the boiler level control, bagas feed and water de-aerator system. The system has been designed as the first phase and has potential to be expanded to cover the whole sugar processing plant.

SOUTH AFRICA

Aeration control system at the Cape Town sewage treatment works using Modicon PLC and HMI. We provided the control panel and developed the software and commissioned the project.
