Our standard offering on all systems is based on a one year warranty in addition to this many of our clients take up annual Support and Maintenance Contracts which are tailored to suit their specific requirements. Cepha offers a range of control system and management information system support services to minimise downtime and increase process reliability and efficiency.

We provide various levels of support, from ad hoc and diagnostics support contracts, to 24 x 7 x 365 support.
Our annual support contracts are typically made up of the following components –
- Support Requirements – Types: working week / weekends / public holidays / 24 x 7 / 365 days per year.
- Response Time – Variable – dependant on site location eg. 2-hr / 4-hr response.
- Remote Access – control system monitoring and diagnostics via remote access.
- Annual Site Visits - Preventative maintenance programmes.
- Equipment Covered – Project specific but can include control system , drives, SCADA and IT systems.
- Spares holding – Spares holding service available.
